Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care is seeking a Weekend Supervisor LPN/RN to oversee weekend operations and support high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation and care facility.

The role requires overseeing nursing staff, ensuring safety and compliance, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other departments to maintain exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
• Experience in a rehabilitation and care setting, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Education level in Nursing or a related field, as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate weekend nursing operations to ensure seamless patient care.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and other staff on weekends.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and adhere to policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other departments to ensure effective patient care and communication.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate weekend staff as needed, promoting a positive work environment.
