Job summary

Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and support daily operations on the shift.

Competitive Pay & Sign-On Bonuses

• LPN: $33.00–$38.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.


• RN: $42.00–$47.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.


• Shift differentials available.

Pay is based on experience. Sign-on bonus eligibility and terms apply.

Available Shifts

Part-time, every-other-weekend opportunities are available, including:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Available schedules may vary based on facility needs.
