Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehab is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time weekend shift from 7 am to 7 pm. This role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and overseeing nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

The RN Supervisor will coordinate daily nursing operations, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes. A MA RN license and BLS CPR are required, with at least 2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
