Job summary

The Waters-3 is seeking an experienced nurse to provide direct care in a long-term care setting. The role includes observing residents, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure quality care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in long-term care, hold an active RN or LPN license, and can work with limited supervision while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment.
• Must be an RN or LPN in good standing and currently licensed.

Job description

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Long term care experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment
• Must be a Registered Nurse or a License Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Illinois
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
