Job summary

The Boulevard Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure compliance, and guide staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care. This part-time role supports our sub-acute and long-term care facility with a focus on compassionate leadership.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing activities, coordinating care, monitoring resident conditions, and preserving regulatory compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

$38 - $50 an hour (all-inclusive)
