Job summary

Big Oak Rehab is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to serve as Weekend Nursing Supervisor. The role includes supervising staff, monitoring residents, and ensuring quality care on Saturdays and Sundays.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN or LPN license, bring solid nursing experience, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and teamwork. This full-time on-site position offers a supportive leadership team and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication.
• Commitment to quality resident care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ health and assess changes in their conditions.
• Promote infection prevention and antibiotic stewardship practices.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols and scope of practice.
• Participate in care planning and oversee care plan implementation.
• Communicate with physicians regarding changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate residents and families about care needs and treatment plans.
• Provide staff education, guidance, and support.
• Supervise nursing department staff and uphold high standards of care.

Big Oak Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team as a Weekend Nursing Supervisor! Weekend Schedule:

7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM
