Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor at Brockton Post Acute Care. This part-time role requires working Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am to 7:00pm, supervising nursing personnel and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of nursing experience and hold a current RN/LPN license in Massachusetts. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Join our team at Brockton Post Acute Care as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor!

Part‑time, Saturday and Sunday (7:00am‑7:00pm)

Range: $38.00 - $49.00 per hour

Qualifications for Weekend Nurse Supervisor

• Primary series of the COVID‑19 vaccine required
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN/LPN in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1‑2 years experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
