Job summary

Palm Springs Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide skilled clinical care on Saturdays and Sundays, with a 6th weekend off. Daily pay is offered at a pay range of $50–$55 per hour, all-inclusive.

The RN/LPN will deliver resident-centered care, monitor conditions, and ensure plans are followed with strong documentation and collaboration with the clinical team. This is a 119-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility focused on compassion and quality.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN/LPN license.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to standards and care plans.
• Follow care plans created by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
