Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking a Weekend Warrior Nurse (RN/LPN) for PRN weekends on the 3-11 shift. This role offers weekend-only hours with a unique cadence: work five weekends in a row and have the sixth weekend off, with RN pay at $55/hour and LPN at $50/hour.

The facility, a 170-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care center, emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain timely and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
