John Scott House Nursing & Rehab Center in Braintree, MA is hiring Staff Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. We are seeking passionate and caring nursing professionals to care for residents in a five-star rated facility, with weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
