Job summary

John Scott House Nursing & Rehab Center in Massachusetts is hiring Staff Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. We are seeking passionate nursing professionals to join our facility with a FIVE-star rating.

Shifts include Weekends All Shifts, and compensation ranges from LPN $38-$43/hr and RN $42-$47/hr with $3-$6 shift differentials. Benefits include Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401(k) with Company Match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Paid Vacation/Holidays.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN License in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
