Job summary

Trumen Physicians + Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide weekend post-acute care in East Houston. This independent-contractor role lets you work two full weekends per month, delivering in-person care to patients in skilled nursing facilities with physician-led support.

You'll manage acute and chronic conditions within your scope, perform assessments, update treatment plans, review labs, and document visits in the EMR, while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP license.
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience (post-acute/SNF/geriatric preferred).
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work at least 2 full weekends per month.
• Reliable transportation within East Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person weekend care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Trumen Physicians + Associates is contracting with an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide post-acute care services in the East Houston area on weekends. This flexible independent-contractor opportunity allows you to work any two full weekends (Saturday & Sunday) per month, delivering in-person care to patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
