Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign tracking

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
