Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a compassionate Weekend LPN to join our award-winning team. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and support residents on weekends.
Under supervision of RNs, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and help residents with daily activities. Weekend availability and PA LPN license are required; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents under the supervision of our nurses. Your weekends will be filled with providing skilled nursing care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
