DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors to provide health readiness services to US military members in Oregon and at remote installations. The role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekday duties under the RHRP, focusing on physical health assessments and readiness documentation.

You will review medical histories, interview personnel, and document results in the proprietary system, with flexible locations and extended hours.

Qualifications

Active NP license in the state.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology preferred.
Able to work extended hours and travel to remote installations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Not required to diagnose, treat, or prescribe medications.

Responsabilités

Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview military personnel to determine medical concerns.
Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including Behavioral Health.
Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
