Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors providing health readiness services to military personnel. Roles focus on weekend work with occasional weekday shifts under RHRP, across multiple locations including remote military installations.

Applicants should hold an active NP license, CPR/BLS certification, and have experience in primary/urgent/occupational health. Travel and flexible hours are expected; background checks and E-Verify may apply.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Adaptable to fast paced environments with high daily volume.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical questionnaires and records.
• Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the service member's medical record using the proprietary system.
