Cust-O-Fab is seeking experienced Welders to join our team. You will weld components for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and towers, following approved procedures and codes.

The role requires reading blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, and weld procedures, while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has welding experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Welding experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, weld procedures, and weld symbols.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, weld procedures, and weld symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and perform required welding processes.
• Weld components for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and towers according to approved procedures and codes.
• Inspect welds and perform repairs to correct weld defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
