Job summary

ATI is seeking an Ultrasonic Testing Technician (Quality Assurance) at the Appleton, WI location. The role oversees water immersion ultrasonic testing of aerospace components in a climate-controlled environment, with a Friday–Sunday night schedule from 5 pm to 5 am.

Training is paid and Level II certification testing is completed on site. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of interpreting blueprints, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years manufacturing experience or technical degree/certification.
• NDT schooling or prior NDT work experience preferred.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up water immersion ultrasonic tests and examine components.
• Document results and determine material/code acceptability.
• Read blueprints and scan procedures to perform tests and report results.
