Expeditors International is hiring for a Transcon Agent on a weekend night hybrid schedule in Wisconsin. The role covers Mon and Fri 7pm–6am and Sat/Sun 6pm–7am, with Tue–Thu off.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth freight flow, data entry, tracking, billing, and coordinating shipments to meet service standards. The position emphasizes customer service, relationship building with suppliers, and adherence to KPI targets, within Expeditors’ global logistics network.

Qualificações

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of ocean documentation process a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including listening, and clear concise communication to obtain positive results.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
• Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customer service standards.
• Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy.
• Understand customers procedures and maintain updated internal DLSOPs.
• Network communications and timely responses to emails and requests.
