Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a part-time Ultrasound Technologist for weekend nights (Sat 6:30 PM–Sun 7:00 AM). You will perform diagnostic and vascular ultrasonography, relay findings to physicians, and monitor patients during procedures.

Required education and licensure include two/three years of relevant education beyond high school in radiologic technology or ultrasonography, ARRT/ARDMS/CCI or equivalent, and CPR certification. Prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of two/three years of occupationally specific education beyond high school in radiologic technology, ultrasonography, or related education.
• Licensure: ARRT, ARDMS, RDCS, CCI or equivalent; registry-eligible candidates must obtain registry status within 12 months of hire.
• Experience: Completion of at least two years of related education beyond high school in radiologic technology, ultrasonography, or related education.

Responsabilités

• Conducts diagnostic and vascular ultrasonography procedures and relays pertinent clinical information to the interpreting physician.
• Observes patients during procedures for any abnormalities and monitors safety throughout the study.
