Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor medication administration, treatment plans, and other patient care activities for compliance with regulations and policies.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities, medications, and treatments accurately and timely.
