Job summary

Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to join our weekend team on the night shift. You will provide safe resident care from admission through discharge in collaboration with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active OH or multi-state RN license, and current CPR certification. You will supervise nursing assistants, document care, monitor residents, and communicate changes

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current OH RN license or multi-state license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to residents per plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors residents' conditions and notifies physicians of any changes.
