Qualifications

• Must be able to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team including residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to residents per plan of care including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors residents' conditions and notifies physicians of changes.
