Job summary

Altru is seeking a Registered Nurse for straight night shifts in Grand Forks, ND. The role offers a tiered RN ladder with pay progression and a sign-on bonus of 12,000–20,000 dollars. A full benefits package including 401(k) and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 6 years or more RN experience with ASN/ADN degree OR 3 years or more RN experience with BSN.
• Eligible to serve as Charge Nurse and Chair or Co-Chair Nursing Committee.
• Temporary RN license accepted; unencumbered license required before start.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds and coordinates patient care with the care team.
• Develops a care plan based on assessment and patient needs.
• Assesses and intervenes on pain and symptoms, discharging patients when appropriate.
• Maintains documentation, safeguards patient safety, and participates in discharge planning.
