Job summary

VulcanForms in Devens, MA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the weekend night shift to oversee the assigned area’s daily operations, drive throughput, and develop workforce requirements. This 12-hour shift runs Friday to Sunday 6 PM–6 AM with alternating Thursdays, and the role emphasizes Lean, 7S, OSHA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will lead a high-volume manufacturing team, ensure proper materials and documentation, and deliver daily production

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervising/managing a manufacturing team.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing with strict quality standards.
• Proficient with ERP systems (EPICOR) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and train manufacturing staff.
• Lead and coach the team to maximize throughput.
• Conduct daily standup meetings and report progress.
• Ensure materials, tools, and documents are prepared for each shift.
• Oversee OSHA compliance and 7S/Lean projects.
• Develop future production needs and plans.
