Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. is seeking a Processing Equipment Mechanic for the Weekend Night Shift at the Florence, KY facility. You will maintain processing equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and perform preventative maintenance on packaging and processing lines.

The role requires 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience, knowledge of sanitary equipment, and the ability to work overtime. TPM experience and Proficiency with P&IDs are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
• Read and understand P&IDs
• Ability to rebuild valves, mills, pumps and seals
• Experience with electronics (single & three-phase, AC/DC)
• Willing to perform confined space entry inside tanks
• Good communication skills
• Experience with TPM process
• Must be willing to work overtime

Responsibilities

• Maintain processing equipment at the Florence facility
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on processing lines
• Read P&IDs and interpret control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and repairs
• Assist with TPM initiatives and continuous improvement
