Job summary

Woodward is seeking a skilled assembler for a weekend night shift role (Friday to Sunday, 5pm–5:30am) in Fort Collins. You will assemble products, perform tests, and ensure quality while maintaining clean workspaces and following safety standards.

Key responsibilities include following documented procedures, recording test results, and participating in lean 5S practices. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Technical capability to follow SOPs and basic procedures.
• Ability to identify gaps to standard and escalate as needed.
• Good mechanical understanding and safe tool handling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Product: follow procedures to assemble components using specified tools and equipment.
• Test Product: follow procedures to test products and document results.
• Quality: inspect and verify product quality and record data.
