Job summary

Mercy is seeking an RN - Clinical Supervisor for Weekend Nights to oversee patient care and staff on the unit. This role coordinates placements, guides clinical activities, and ensures care standards are met. You will participate in staffing, budgets, and performance improvement, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2–3 years of patient care experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and staff assignments across shifts.
• Assist clinical staff with patient care and unit activities.
• Supervise staff and participate in hiring, orientation, and evaluations.
• Develop staffing schedules and unit budgets with the manager.
• Maintain unit inventory and ensure environment/equipment safety.
• Participate in quality improvement and committees.

Education

Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
