Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department Observation Unit. This full-time role covers nights (7pm-7am) with weekend WOW shifts and a WOW +1 weekday nightshifts, offering sign-on bonus eligibility for experienced external applicants.

As an on-shift team member, you will provide direct patient care from admission to discharge in a 29-bed Observation Unit, caring for varied conditions and collaborating with the ED team and providers.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license required.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with on-shift team to meet patient, family and coworker needs.
