Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate accurate clinical information during handoffs to patients, families, and coworkers.
• Ensure necessary information is shared for optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide high quality, safe patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Manage customer complaints in absence of Director or ANM.
• Assist with staffing to meet census and adjust as needed.
• Participate in department meetings and mentor staff.
