The position emphasizes change leadership, staff mentorship, and accountability in alignment with Mercy standards and mission. 36 hours per week, full-time, night shift, weekend rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Assist in ensuring units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Involve in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff providing direct patient care.
• Engage in evaluation processes with Clinical Manager as directed.
