Job summary

Eastern Plumas Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse for the Acute department weekend night shift at our Portola campus. Requires CA RN license, CPR, ACLS and PALS; new graduates accepted.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS required.
• New Graduates accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patients on admission and reassess as per unit protocol.
• Documents changes in patient’s condition and nursing care in EMR and paper charting.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Cares for patients with safety and comfort, following guidelines.
• Notifies physicians of changes and follows through.
