Responsibilities

• To provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.

• Documents per department guidelines and policies.
• Establishes therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Supports coworkers and provides clinical teaching as needed.
• Coordinates transfer and discharge planning with the care team.
