Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and as conditions change according to unit protocol.
• Document assessments and care plans in EMR and paper charts under RN supervision.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for safety and comfort of residents.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and shift report.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital policies while providing high-quality care.
