Scarlet Oaks Care Center is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) for the Weekend Warrior Night Shift team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on overnight respiratory care within a fast-paced residential setting.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a Weekend Warrior program with 12-hour nights, and opportunities for additional shifts. Requires Ohio RT licensure and prior respiratory therapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RT license (RRT or CRT) required.
• Experience in respiratory therapy preferred.
• Ventilator, trach, and pulmonary care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' respiratory status and respond to changes.
• Administer respiratory treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Perform trach care, suctioning, oxygen management, and airway support.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with nursing and providers to plan care.
• Document assessments, treatments and responses accurately.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies during overnight hours.
• Educate residents, families, and staff as needed.
