Job summary

Kleen Test Products Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Weekend PM shift (7PM to 7AM, Friday through Sunday) at our Port Washington, WI facility. You will lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets while upholding company policies and procedures.

You will drive productivity, organize staffing, monitor timekeeping and yields, and mentor staff to prepare for greater responsibilities as the site grows.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote safety in all aspects of the facility on his/her shift.
• Maintain and uphold all quality procedures and programs relating to shift operations.
• Maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Organize the workforce and set staffing levels without compromising safety, quality, or productivity.
• Accurate management and reporting of timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other required documentation.
• Effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, and the senior leadership team; collaborate with other departments and plants.
• Promote teamwork and demonstrate a spirit of collaboration on cross-plant projects.
• Mentor, train, coach and develop staff for growth and increased responsibility.
• Assist with job duties on the shift as needed to ensure safe and complete operation.
