Responsibilities include staffing, timekeeping, reporting, and cross‑department communication to achieve project objectives. Strong supervision and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervising production employees in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production staff to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Plan staffing levels and allocate resources without compromising safety or quality.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, production and scrap/yield reporting.
