Job summary

Qualifications

• Work weekend nights from 5 PM to 5 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform other physical activities for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sort various wires for pre-shred.
• Identify and remove non-conforming materials that will contaminate the production batch.
• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Assemble packaging for outbound materials.
• Operate and maintain computerized machinery and adjust production line equipment.
• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products.
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty.

Skills

Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment

Mechanically inclined and able to identify and use hand tools

Ability to work safely and properly follow all company policies

Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical activities

Ability to work outdoors with exposure to the sun and inclement weather

Self-directed with minimal supervision

Education
