Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a PRN Chaplain to provide spiritual care in a Florida hospital setting. The role requires flexibility, with shifts from 5 pm to 8 am and weekends, and involves supporting patients, families, and staff within a faith-based care team.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s of Divinity or related graduate degree and ACPE‑accredited CPE, with prior pastoral ministry experience preferred. Background screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic spiritual care to patients and families.
• Regularly visit patients and coordinate with clinical staff.

• Respond to emergencies and code blues as needed.
