Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses the spiritual needs of patients as part of a holistic team.
• Provides focused attention to patients, loved ones, and staff, listening and responding to their needs.
• Delivers personalized care to patients, families, and staff, ensuring they feel supported.
• Coordinates care and contributes data for holistic care plans in conferences.
