Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric and adult care in Jefferson County. You will travel to client homes, follow doctor's orders, assess patient needs, and document observations to ensure high-quality care.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities for professional development while supporting families with reliable, compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
• Perform assessments and document doctor’s orders and patient status.
• Deliver care one-on-one with a focus on quality and safety.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
