Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality pediatric and adult 1:1 care in clients’ homes. The role emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one involvement and flexible scheduling.

You will travel to client homes, document care per physician orders, and support families with patient milestones while maintaining the BAYADA standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care at a client’s home.
• Follow up on and document doctors’ orders and care plans.
• Travel to client homes near you on a schedule you choose.

• Offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

**Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
