Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team providing private-duty in-home care for pediatric and adult clients. You will work one-on-one with clients, traveling to their homes on a schedule you choose and documenting care per doctors' orders.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with active LPN license.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Comfort with providing private-duty in-home care to pediatric and adult clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a single client home and provide in-home nursing care.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document observations and interventions.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and communications with the care team.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
