Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care in clients' homes across Jefferson County. You will travel to a home-based setting, follow prescribed orders, and document patient progress.

Ideal candidates are licensed LPNs with a passion for pediatric and adult care, flexible scheduling, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a 1:1 environment. BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits and support for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (as indicated by transcript or diploma).
• A current LPN license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home for one-on-one care.
• Follow doctors' orders and properly document interventions.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide private duty care from pediatric to geriatric clients.

• Offers traditional shift types (4’s, 8’s or 10’s)

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
