Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cambria County team for high tech night shifts, delivering private duty, one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients. You’ll travel to client homes on a schedule you choose and document orders and assessments as you go.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in client homes.
• Travel to client home as scheduled.
• Follow doctors' orders and document assessments and interventions.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

**Compensation & Schedule:**

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
