BAYADA Home Health Care in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric and adult care in clients' homes. You will travel to a client near you on a schedule you choose, document care, and follow doctors' orders with compassion.

This role supports flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangements with weekly pay, paid time off, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

**Compensation & Schedule:**

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
