Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for an Equipment Operator in Southington, CT to join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and advanced manufacturing in medical device production. You will operate and monitor automated assembly machines and support process improvements.

Shifts are Mon–Fri, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM, and the pay is $23.50 per hour with weekly pay. Onboarding specialist and recruiter support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs and production procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated assembly machines, ensuring production efficiency.
• Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and performance issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records.
