Job summary

Skylight Recovery Center in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Residential SUD treatment team for day and night shifts. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, withdrawal monitoring, and EMR documentation in a therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on admission and throughout treatment.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and withdrawal symptoms.
• Document nursing assessments and medication administration in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Educate patients regarding medications and recovery.
