American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Heritage Park in Fort Wayne, IN. The night shift (6p-6a) runs Saturday and Sunday, offering an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering compassionate care.

You will assess and document changes, manage medications, and collaborate with the care team to uphold high clinical standards.

Qualifications
