Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Heritage Park in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Evening Shift Supervisor. RN or LPN qualification required, with options for 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee licensed nurses and other staff, ensuring high-quality resident care in line with our CARE values and applicable laws. Strong leadership, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential as you mentor staff and promote interdisciplinary approaches to resident care,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel during the shift.
